Professional Title Research of Iowa is based in Des Moines, IA and is a member of the Iowa Title Guaranty Division of the Iowa Finance Authority. We believe extraordinary service is the result of anticipating the need and providing the solution before the customer requires it.

Don Guisinger founded Pro Title Iowa in 2008. He had over 35 years of experience in the real estate title business.  He had previously served as President of the Iowa Land Title Association and as a manager of top title companies in Polk County.
